How do I apply to con|energy?

Please apply online only via our careers page and fill in the relevant application form there. Good luck with your application!

Which documents should accompany my applicationn?
In order for us to get a well-founded first impression of you, please enclose the following documents with your application:
  • CV
  • A personal letter of motivation
  • Relevant certificates, if applicable a current grade report, etc.
  • FFor certain positions, we also ask you to send in samples of your work.
The following formats can be added with a maximum size of 15 MB each:
Word (doc, docx), PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF

I am interested in several offers from con|energy. Can I apply for different jobs at the same time?
With pleasure! However, please apply for each position separately.

I can't find a suitable position. Can I also send a speculative application?
Of course, you can send a speculative application at any time. Please use our online application tool for this as well.
 
Can I subscribe to con|energy job alerts?
If you don't find a suitable vacancy on our website, we will be happy to automatically notify you of new vacancies in future with our job alerts. 

How long does the application process take at con|energy?
Upon receipt of your application, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt. Our goal is to give you initial feedback on your application quickly, ideally within 2-3 weeks. This is followed by the phase of (1-2) interviews, which hopefully ends with a contract offer to you. Depending on the job profile, the application process may vary.

We have been training very successfully for many years, currently in the following apprenticeships:

  • IT Specialist - Application Development (f/m/d)
  • Media designer - digital and print (f/m/d)
  • Management assistants for office communication (m/f/d)
  • Management assistants for marketing communication (m/f/d)
